UK Orders

We offer a full money-back guarantee for purchases made through our website, provided that the shipping package remains unopened or the item is faulty.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.

After the 14-day period has passed, refunds can no longer be issued.

International Orders

We are unable to accept any Returns unless the product is faulty and/or damaged. In the event of any damage please contact our Customer Care team info@memoirsperfumes.com for further help.

Please send an email to info@memoirsperfumes.com detailing the reason for your return. The product must remain unopened and in its original condition. Customer Care will provide the shipping address, and you will be responsible for arranging the delivery.

Once your return arrives at our UK facility, it will be inspected and your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

If you received a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our customer service team (email us at Info@memoirsperfumes.com) within 7 days of receiving your order for their assistance with a return.

Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.

Please do not destroy or throw away any product, including its original packaging even if you suspect it to be faulty before you have spoken to our customer service team. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
