Duties & Taxes — What You Need to Know
We want to make international shopping as easy and transparent as possible.
International Duties & Taxes
At The House of Amouage, we strive to provide a seamless international shopping experience for our collectors worldwide.
All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are not included in your order total and may be charged upon arrival in your destination country.
What You Should Know
– UK VAT is automatically removed at checkout for eligible international orders.
– Depending on your destination, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or clearance fees before delivery.
– Our shipping partner, DHL Express, will contact you directly should any payment be required to complete customs clearance.
– Any duties, taxes, or customs-related charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
As customs regulations vary from one country to another, we are unable to determine exact charges in advance. To provide greater transparency, the table below offers a general indication of the duties and taxes that may apply in different regions.
